Welcome to Lab 3009
Our laboratory and office space was newly refurbished in 2025.
The office space contains brand new desks, chairs, flooring and lighting. Each desk is equipped with a PC, monitor and charging ports.
The laboratory holds 8 large fumehoods and is equipped with photochemical (Kessil lamps), electrochemical (Electrasyn, Ammonite Flow Cell) and mechanochemical (Retsch MM400) equipment. We have a Biotage Isolera automated column purification system and our rotary evaporators connect to recirculating chillers.
At the far end of the office is a kitchenette, which houses a sink, fridge, microwave and hot water boiler
A walk-up service is available for NMR, LCMS and GCMS analysis. A service for NMR experiments, HRMS, X-ray crystallography and electron diffraction is available. Training on NMR, Mass Spec and X-ray equipment is also possible.
